Jim Conaway has been helping people with their financial lives for over 28 years. As a Wealth Strategist at Conaway and Conaway, he provides comprehensive financial advice, retirement planning and insurance recommendations based on the unique wants and needs of his clients. The Six Step "Clarity Curve" is a process Jim uses to identify, create and implement custom strategies for the personal situations of those he works with. Jim Conaway possesses extensive experience in the use of prudent strategies with real estate, charitable planning, pensions, business structures, insurance and investing. Jim holds a CRC (Certified Retirement Counselor), a CSPG (Certified Specialist in Planned Giving), and a LUTCF (Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow) designation. Most recently the Orange County Business Journal has nominated Jim for the 2014 Excellence in Entrepreneurship Award. Jim is also the host of "Smart Money Talk Radio" which airs every Monday from 3-4pm on NBC affiliate AM1050.

Together with her husband and business partner, Jim Conaway, they have raised over $22 million dollars in planned gifts for various charities. Lorraine has been nominated for the 2011, 2012, and 2013 Women in Business Award along with 2014 Excellence in Entrepreneurship Award by the Orange County Business Journal. Most recently, she spoke as a panelist at the California Women's Conference in Long Beach, and as a keynote speaker at the Orange County Women's Business Expo.
